Chiev Tha, train worker, confessed that Thoun, worker in the first train construction, was a new worker in traitorous network's Keo Huon. In June 1976, he got plan from Keo Huon to provoke conflict in the factory; destroy locomotive, carriage and railway; and also provoke the time when they woke up in the morning.
ចៀវ ថា កម្មកររទេះភ្លើង បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះធូន យុទ្ធជនក្រុមឡើងបង្គងទី ១ ជាកម្មករថ្មីជាប់ខ្សែក្បត់ជាមួយ កែវ ហួន ដល់ខែ៦-១៩៧៦ វាបានទទួលផែនការពី កែវ ហួន ដើម្បីធ្វើការឆ្កិះទំនាស់ក្នុងរោងចក្រកំទេចក្បាលរថភ្លើង និង ទូរទេះភ្លើង និងផ្លូវដែក ថែមទាំងបំផុសថា ក្រុមគេក្រោកម៉ោង ៦ ក្រុមឯងក្រោកម៉ោង ៥។
