ជៀម ជឿន បានឆ្លើយសារភាពថា កាត មាននាទីជាគណៈសង្កាត់ ផ្លូវដែកប៉ោយប៉ែត បានក្បត់បដិវត្ដដោយ កាត និងបក្សពួក ៣នាក់ទៀត មានបំណងកំទេចរោងចក្រ នៅដូនទ្រី និងនៅមង្គលបូរី ចោលកាលពីខែ៤-១៩៧៦។
