Chu Chay aka Chev, a member of Company, Division 310, confessed that he was persuaded to be disloyal to the Party by Ly, as a Political Company, Battalion 13, Division 310. During the attack in Dei Hoy headquarter, Ly, shot comrade Met, a Secretary of Battalion 27 dead. Moreover, Ly, was assigned by Uk On aka Nan, to shoot Saray, a member of Company dead. Ly, joined the traitorous meeting, in which, itraised that if we were arrested by the Angkar, we had to dare to sacrifice [our]life not to admit to our activities and was assigned to expand from 3-4 new party's members per month. In November 1975, Chhan, assigned Ly and other networks to spy on Pochentong Airport in order to prepare the plan to destroy. Furthermore, Oeun, assigned Ly and Nakk, to be responsible for transporting foodstuff and ammunition to Ethareus mountain, under the control of Den, General Supervisor.
ជុ ចយ ហៅ ចេវ សមាជិកអនុសេនាធំ កងពល៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយថា ខ្លួនក្បត់បក្សព្រោះ ឈ្មោះ លី នយោបាយអនុសេនាធំ វរសេនាតូច១៣ កងពល៣១០ ជាអ្នកអប់រំ។ លី បានបាញ់ សម្លាប់ស.ម ម៉េត លេខាវរសេនាតូច៧៥ ពេលវាយបន្ទាយ ដីហុយ។ លី បានសម្លាប់ស.ម សារ៉ាយ សមាជិកអនុសេនាធំ តាមការណែនាំរបស់ អ៊ុក អុន ហៅ ណន។ លី ចូលរួមប្រជុំដែល មានខ្លឹមសារថា បើអង្គការចាប់បាន ដាច់ខាតកុំសារភាព សុខចិត្ដ ស្លាប់ និងកសាងកម្លាំងបក្សថ្មីឱ្យបានពី ៣-៤នាក់កុ្នងមួយខែ។ លី និងបក្សពួកលបសម្លាប់ស.ម មួម ហៅ នួន កុ្នងសមរភូមិ។ លី បាន ធ្វើឱ្យទំនប់តាមោកធ្លាយតាមការចាត់តាំងរបស់ អ៊ុក អូន ហៅ ណន ហើយឱ្យខំកសាងកម្លាំងនារី ងាយជាងកម្លាំងយុទ្ធជន ប្រមូលស្បៀង ត្រៀមវាយបក្ស។ ខែវិចិ្ឆកា-១៩៧៥ ឆន បានចាត់តាំង លី និង បក្សពួកឱ្យទៅស៊ើបការណ៍នៅពោធិ៍ចិនតុង ដើម្បីដាក់ផែនការវាយ កមេ្ទច។ អឿន ចាត់តាំង លី និង ណាក់ ឱ្យទទួលភារកិច្ចដឹកនាំ ស្បៀង និង គ្រាប់រំសេវ ទៅភំ្នអដ្ឋរស្ស ដែលមានឈ្មោះ ដែន ជាអ្នកទទួលខុសត្រូវរួម។
