Chin Thol, Deputy Chief of Battalion 234, Division 290, confessed that Chann, Chief of Political Affairs of Battalion 234, Division 290, attended the meeting with him and accepted Nhem's secret plots to infiltrate his networks into cooperatives to provoke problems with Chiefs of Cooperatives and to prompt people to hate the cooperative and resist the guideline of the revolution. On March 10, 1976, Chann and Thol attended the meeting and agreed upon the target of attacking the revolution. Yin was a chief of military unit, division 290.
ជិន ថុល អនុវរសេនាតូច ២៣៤ កងពល ២៩០ បានសារភាពថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ចាន់ ប្រធាននយោបាយវរសេនាតូច ២៣៤ កងពល ២៩០ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំជាមួយខ្លួនទទួលផែនការ សម្ងាត់ពីឈ្មោះញ៉ែម ចាត់តាំងបក្ខពួកបង្កប់ស៊ីរូងក្នុងសហករណ៍ ដើម្បីកកូរកកាយរករឿងប្រធានសហករណ៍ និងប្រមូលប្រជាជនឱ្យស្អប់សហករណ៍ប្រឆាំងមាគ៌ាបដិវត្ដ។ នៅថ្ងៃទី១០-៣-៧៦ ចាន់ និង ថុល បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលមុខសញ្ញាវាយបដិវត្ដពីឈ្មោះយិន ប្រធានយោធា កងពល ២៩០។
