The confession of Toek Seng Eng, Chief of Railroad Repair Section, conffesed that Run, former worker of Railroad Repair Section, was assigned to prompt people to rise up against the revlution. The instigation had to be made at any places where the railroad repair reached. But, did not practical activities of Toek Seng Eng were confirmed.
