Two letters of orders: first, from 7 May 1978 on, people including Nai Prang and Y Nhep Ne were transferred to take control of E-nge Yang Prang, and second, had to fulfil their own task.
លិខិតបង្កាប់ការនេះមានពីរប្រការ។ ប្រការទី១ចាត់តាំង ពីថ្ងៃ៧-៥-១៩៧៨ បុគ្គលិកណាដែលមានឈ្មោះណៃ ប្រង់, អ៊ី ង៉ែបណេត្រូវទៅគ្រប់គ្រងភូមិអេង៉េយ៉ាងប្រង់។ ប្រការទី២ បុគ្គលិកខាងលើមានសិទ្ធិបំពេញភារកិច្ចរៀងៗខ្លួន។
