Chann Nuon aka Sinuon, a chief of Kilometer 6 wine factory, confessed that in August 1975, Song told him that Ly, as a chief of Song's Regiment, Division 1, was a traitorous network. On April 17, 1976, Ly, was assigned to build up traitorous network in unit and to be in charge of throwing grenades in Stadium. Sinuon, additionally conceded that Ly and Song, were directly indoctrinated by Khuon, and they were determined in front of Khoun, that they absolutely kept confidental plan, even thought they would be arrested.
