Chann Hoeun aka Phy in department of animals rearing in Chrang Cham Reh confessed that Teav, deputy chief of Ta Brok sub-district, Chamka Leu district and region 42, was CIA in Chen Sat's network. Later on Phy connected with Teav and introduced and him to convince people in Ta Brok sub-district to betray the revolution.
ចម្លើយ ចាន់ ហឿន ហៅ ភី មន្ទីរចិញ្ចឹមសត្វច្រាំងចម្រេះ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ទាវ អនុឃុំតាប្រុក ចំការលើ តំបន់៤២ ជាខ្សែ សេ អុី អា របស់ ចិន សាត។ ក្រោយមកខ្លួន(ភី)បានទាក់ទង ទាវ ហើយ ណែនាំ ឱ្យឃោសនាអូសទាញប្រជាជន ឃុំតាប្រុក តាមរយៈ នយោបាយបដិវត្ដន៍ ហើយបញ្ចូលនយោបាយក្បត់បន្ដិចៗ។
