Chea Hoeung, living in Baray [district], Kampong Thom [province], confessed that Net Sep, Chief of Sangkat Baray Security Section, Kampong Thom [province]was a political resistant serving in the Kampuchea Revolutionary network between 1968 and 1969. In 1971, he joined CIA. In April 1975, Sep, Chief of Sangkat Baray Security Section, linked and gathered CIA networks to counter the revolution.
ជា ហឿង នៅបារាយណ៍ កំពង់ធំបានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះនេត សែប ប្រធានសន្ដិសុខសង្កាត់បារាយណ៍ កំពង់ធំថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៨-៦៩ ជាអ្នកតស៊ូនយោបាយបំរើក្នុងខ្សែយេៈបដិវត្ដកម្ពុជា។ ១៩៧០ ចូលធ្វើទាហាន។ ១៩៧១ ចូលធ្វើសេអ៊ីអា។ នៅខែ៤-៧៥ ជាប្រធានសន្ដិសុខសង្កាត់បារាយណ៍បានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែរយៈសេអ៊ីអា ដើម្បីប្រមូលកម្លាំងប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។
