Ly Suong, male, 38, 1,60 meter-high, joined CIA on May 6, 1971 through the introducer Dim and Mann Chhai Van. Suong made connection and indoctrination Lorn to carry out CIA movement by persuading soldiers and prisoners in the prison to disgust Communist regime and force them to love Republic regime and to assign CIA's member to carry out traitorous activity.
