Traitors, Saing Khan aka Muoy, 1st member of Kampong Som unit, Ros Seam aka Song, member of regiment 13 in division 310, and Hing Phim aka Phan, deputy chief of state energy unit group, confessed that during the war, Chum, female, was convinced to work as a traitorous network by Beng, secretary of district, who was arrested by the Angkar. In 1974, Chum received the plot from Beng to expand traitorous networks to rebel against the revolution, and to destroy all plans of the Party.
