Lach Khorn aka Thun, Nhem Samngatt, and Yuos Chhit aka Chum confessed that they knew that Moeng Chhing aka Moeng Sopheap, chief of battalion 232, regiment 23, division 290, was a traitor, because of Chhouk, secretary of region 24 had told them.
