Lach Khorn aka Thun, working in big cell, division 290, confessed that he indoctrinated Sann Ra to betray the party. In 1976, Sann Ra received a plot from Thoeun, chief of battalion, division 290, to collect the remaining forces and made an appointment date in February 1977 to go to Vietnam in order to create more forces to attack the revolution.
ឡាច ឃន ហៅ ធន់ កងធំ កងពល២៩០ បាននិយាយថា ខ្លួនបាន អប់រំ សាន់ រ៉ា អោយក្បត់បក្ស។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ សាន់ រ៉ា បាន ទទួលផែនការណ៍ពី ធឿន ប្រធានវរសេនាតូច កងពល ២៩០អោយ ប្រមូលកម្លាំងសេសសល់រត់ទៅយួនដើម្បីបង្កកម្លាំងវាយបក មកបដិវត្ដវិញ ហើយដោយកំណត់ពេលរត់ខែ២ ១៩៧៧។
