Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Lach Khorn aka Thun, working in big cell, division 290, confessed that he indoctrinated Savoeun to betray. Thun and Savoeun carried out act to explode grenade in the school of military zone, destroyed equipment, provoked problem between people and school staffs, and convinced male and female soldiers of having sexual misconduct. After that they received the plot from Norng Saman to secretly kill cadre and to provoke conflict in the military unit and people. After that the two received the plot from Choeun to gather the remaining forces and made an appointment date to go to Vietnam in February1977 so as to increase military forces to fight back the revolution.
ឡាច ឃន ហៅ ធន់ កងធំ កងពល២៩០ បាននិយាយថា សាវឿន ជាមនុស្សដែលខ្លួនកងសាងអោយក្បត់។ ខ្លួន និង សាវឿន បាន ធើ្វសកម្មភាពបោកគ្រាប់បែកដាក់សាលាយោធាភូមិភាគ ធ្វើអោយ ខូចសម្ភារៈមួយចំនួន បង្កទំនាស់រវាងប្រជាជន និងអ្នកបំរើសាលា បំផុសយុទ្ធជន យុទ្ធនារីពីសីលធម៌ស្រីញី បង្កទំនាស់ក្នុងសហករណ៍។ ក្រោយមកពីរនាក់នេះបានទទួលផែនការណ៍ពី នង សាមាន អោយត្រៀមបាញ់កម្មាភិបាល បង្កទំនាស់ក្នុងអ្គភាពយោធា និងជួរ ប្រជាជន។ ក្រោយមកទៀតទទួលផែនការណ៍ពី ធឿន អោយប្រមូល កម្លាំងសេសសល់អោយរត់ទៅយួន ដើម្បីបង្កជាទ័ពវាយបដិវត្ដវិញ ដោយត្រៀមថ្ងៃរត់នៅខែ២-១៩៧៧។
