Lach Khorn aka Thun, working in big cell, division 290, confessed that Saroeun was a former messenger of Samret aka Phen. In 1972 Chhouk, secretary of region 24, told that Saroeun was a traitorous force who hid himself in zone's network. Thun and Saroeun shot at 4 people who escaped from enemy region to liberated region, and they killed 2 women with concealing evidence at Banam battlefield, after they had raped them.
ឡាច ឃន ហៅ ធន់ កងធំ កងពល២៩០ បាននិយាយថា សារឿន ជាអតីតនិរសាររបស់ សំរិត ហៅ ផែន។ នៅ១៩៧២ ឈូក លេខាតំបន់២៤ បាននិយាយប្រាប់ខ្លួនថា សារឿន ជាកម្លាំងក្បត់ បង្កប់ក្នុងខ្សែរយៈភូមិភាគ។ ខ្លួន និង សារឿន បានបាញ់ប្រជាជន ៤នាក់ដែលរត់ចេញពីតំបន់ខ្មាំងមកតំបន់រំដោះ ហើយបានរំលោភ នារី២នាក់ រួចបាញ់សម្លាប់បំបិតដាននៅសមរភូមិបាណាម។
