Lach Khorn aka Thun, working in big cell, division 290, confessed that in 1972, he was told by Chhouk, secretary of region 25, Pol Tim and Pol Thoeun were hidden forces of traitorous line in region 25. Thun and Pol Thoeun received the plot from Chhouk to destroy the hidden line and to build up new more hidden forces in regional army. Chum Vat assigned them to destroy rice mill at region 24, to explode grenade in logistic office, to convince people to run riot against the cooperative, to burn down Peam Ro district office, to catch and beat the village chief, and to cause soldiers die a lot during the attack. Moreover, they attended to collect the remaining forces and made an appointment date to go to Vietnam in February 1977 in order to add much more forces to fight back the revolution.
ឡាច ឃន ហៅ ធន់ កងធំ កងពល២៩០ បាននិយាយថា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ឈូក លេខាតំបន់២៤ បាននិយាយប្រាប់ខ្លួនថា ប៉ុល ទឹម ហៅ ប៉ុល ធឿន ជាកម្លាំងបង្កប់ក្នុងខ្សែក្បត់តំបន់២៤។ ធន់ និង ប៉ុល ធឿន បានទទួលផែនការពី ឈូក អោយពង្រឹងខ្សែបង្កប់ កសាងកម្លាំងបង្កប់អោយច្រើនក្នុងទ័ពតំបន់។ ពីរនាក់នេះបានកមេ្ទច ម៉ាស៊ីនស្រូវតំបន់២៤ តាមបញ្ជារបស់ ជុំ វ៉ាត និង បោក គ្រាប់បែកនៅមន្ទីរភស្ដុភារ។ បំផុសប្រជាជនអោយធ្វើបាតុកម្ម ប្រឆាំងនឹងសហករណ៍ ដុតមន្ទីស្រុកពាមរ៍ រួចចាប់ប្រធានភូមិចងវ៉ៃ ដឹកនាំប្រយុទ្ធអោយមានការស្លាប់ច្រើន ហើយប្រមូលកម្លាំង សេសសល់ទៅយួន ដើម្បីបង្កជាកម្លាំងវាយបកមកបដិវត្ដវិញ ដោយកំណត់ថ្ងៃរត់នៅខែ២-១៩៧៧។
