Pol Choeun, political company 290, confessed that Thoeun, political battalion 290, had joined a meeting to prepare traitorous soldiers with Pol Choeun. Moreover, he got traitorous plan from a secret chief to build up forces to fulfill the party's decision. In October 1975, Thoeun joined a meeting and received traitorous plan from Chann, political battalion to destroy Stung Slaut bridge.
ប៉ុល ជឿន នយោបាយអនុសេនាធំ ២៩០ បានឆ្លើយសារភាពថា ធឿន នយោបាយវរសេនាតូច ២៩០ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំរៀបចំទ័ព ក្បត់ជាមួយវា «ប៉ុល ជឿន»ហើយទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ សម្ងាត់គណៈ«ង»អោយកសាងកម្លាំងគ្រប់សេចក្ដីសំរេចចិត្ដរបស់ បក្ស។ ដល់ឆ្នាំ ខែតុលា ១៩៧៥ ធឿនរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី ចាន់ នយោបាយវរសេនាតូច ដើម្បីកំទេចស្ពានស្ទឹងស្លូត។
