Pann Ho, commissioner of platoon, confessed that he clearly knew the biography of Chea Pao, because Visal told him in January 1975. In 1975, Chea Pao was introduced to join the Free Khmer by Visal. Furthermore, Chea Pao received plot from Visal to expand forces, to provoke combatants to feel disappointed, and to destroy the Angkar's properties. After August 1975, Chea Pao received plot from Visal to investigate the situation in Phnom Penh and to mobilize forces to fight back the revolution.
ប៉ាន់ ហូ ស្នងការអនុសេនាតូចបានឆ្លើយថា ខ្លួនស្គាល់ពីប្រវត្ដិរបស់ ជា ប៉ោ ដោយសារ វិសាលប្រាប់នៅខែ១-១៩៧៥។ ជា ប៉ោ ចូលខ្មែរសេរីនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ តាមរយៈវិសាល ហើយទទួលផែនការ ក្បត់ពី វិសាលឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំង ចលនាយុទ្ធជនឱ្យបាត់ស្មារតីបំផ្លាញ សម្ភារៈអង្គការ។ ក្រោយមកនៅខែ៨-១៩៧៥ ជា ប៉ោ ទទួលការ ណែនាំក្បត់ពី វិសាលឱ្យពិនិត្យសភាពការណ៍នៅភំ្នពេញ ប្រមូលកម្លាំង វាយបដិវត្ដ។
