កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Lach Khorn aka Thun, working in big cell, division 290, confessed that in 1972 Chhouk, secretary of region 24, told him Soan was a traitorous network of [Chhouk]. In 1976, Thun and Soan received a plot from Norng Saman to secretly shoot dead revolutionary cadres and to provoke combatants and people into having conflict. After that, the two also accepted another plot from Thoeun to mobilize remaining network to escape to Vietnam so as to recruit as military forces for fighting back the revolution. An appointment date of fleeing to Vietnam was in February 1977.
ឡាច ឃន ហៅ ធន់ កងធំ កងពល២៩០ បាននិយាយថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ឈូកលេខាតំបន់២៤ បាននិយាយប្រាប់ខ្លួនថា ស៊ន់ ជាមនុស្សដែលខ្លួនកសាងអោយក្បត់។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ខ្លួន និង ស៊ន់បានទទួលផែនការណ៍ពីនង សាមានអោយត្រៀមបាញ់កម្មាភិបាល បដិវត្ដ ឃោសនាបង្កទំនាស់ក្នុងជួរកងទ័ព និងប្រជាជន។ ក្រោយមក អ្នកទាំងពីរបានទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ ធឿន អោយប្រមូលកម្លាំង សេសសល់រត់ទៅយួនដើម្បីបង្កជាទ័ពវាយបដិវត្ដវិញ ហើយដោយ កំណត់ថ្ងៃរត់ខែ២ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧។
