Lach Khorn aka Thun, working in big cell, division 290, confessed that he persuaded Yary to betray [the revolution]. Thun and Yary also destroyed cloths at 3 places, 3 tractors, and 3 106-mm artillery stood on the tanks. They received the plot from Sakhoeun and Thoeun to destroy revolutionary forces in former party, to gather the remaining forces and made an appointment date to go to Vietnam in February 1977 in order to expand forces to fight back the revolution.
ឡាច ឃន ហៅ ធន់ កងធំ កងពល ២៩០ បាននិយាយថា យ៉ារី ជាមនុស្សដែលខ្លួនអប់រំអោយក្បត់។ ខ្លួន និង យ៉ារី បាន បំផ្លាញក្រណាត់៣កន្លែង កមេ្ទចត្រាក់ទ័រ៣គ្រឿង បំផ្លាញកាំភ្លើង ១០៦ម។ម លើរថគ្រោះ៣ដើម។ ពីរនាក់នេះបានទទួលផែនការណ៍ ពី សាខឿន និង ធឿន អោយពង្រិចពង្រិលបក្សចាស់ដែលជា កម្លាំងបដិវត្ដ ប្រមូលកម្លាំងសេសសល់អោយរត់ទៅយួន ដើម្បី កសាងកម្លាំងវាយបកមកបដិវត្ដវិញដោយកំណត់ថ្ងៃរត់នៅខែ២ ១៩៧៧។
