Lach Khorn aka Thun, working in big cell, division 290, confessed that Saroeun was fromer messenger of Samret aka Phen. In 1972, Chhouk, secretary of region 24 told Thun that Saroeun was traitorous force who infiltrated himself into zone. Thun and Saroeun shot 4 people who had fled from enemy's area at Banam. Moreover, they attended to rape and kill 2 women at Banam battle field.
ឡាច ឃន ហៅ ធន់ កងធំ កងពល ២៩០ បានឆ្លើយថា សារឿន អតីតៈជានិរសា របស់ សំរិត ហៅ ផែន។ នៅ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧២ ឈូក លេខាតំបន់ ២៤ បាននិយាយប្រាប់វាថា សារឿន ជាកម្លាំង ក្បត់បង្កប់ក្នុងខ្សែរយៈភូមិភាគ។ ធន់ និង សារឿន បានបាញ់ប្រជាជន ៤ នាក់ ដែលរត់ចេញពីតំបន់ខ្មាំង មកតំបន់រំដោះ នៅម្ដុំបាណាម ហើយបានរំលោភនារី ២ នាក់រួចបាញ់សម្លាប់បំបាត់ ដាននៅសមរភូមិបាណាម។
