Lach Khorn aka Thun, working in company, division 170, confessed that in 1972, Chhouk, secretary of region 24, told him that Khong Sarun was a traitorous force hiding in division 170. After the liberation day, Thun and Sarun convinced new people living at Baphnom district to take responsible for destroying irrigation systems at Sne and Po Borei, Koh Chey district, causing problem against cooperation, and persuading medical staffs not to take care of people's health.
ឡាច ឃន ហៅ ធន់ អនុសេនាធំកងពល១៧០ បាននិយាយថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ឈូក លេខាតំបន់២៤បាននិយាយប្រាប់ខ្លួនថា ខុង សារុន ជាកម្លាំងក្បត់បង្កប់នៅក្នុងកងពល១៧០។ ក្រោយរំដោះ ខ្លួន និង សារុន បានធើ្វសកម្មភាពបំផុសប្រជាជនថ្មីនៅស្រុកបាភ្នំ អោយកាប់បំផ្លាញប្រព័ន្ធចាត់ចែងទឹកនៅសេ្ន និងអោយប្រឆាំង នឹងសហករណ៍, លួចកាប់ទំលាយទំនប់ពោបូរីក្នុងស្រុកកោះជ័យ និងបំផុសកុំអោយពេទ្យយកចិត្ដទុកដាក់ការពារសុខភាពប្រជាជន។
