Lach Khorn aka Thun, working in company, division 170, confessed Sot was a traitorous network hiding in division 170; moreover, Thun and Sot carried out a plot to destroy 120-mm artillery at Banteay Dek battlefield, to burn down truck tires, to persuade children living in Kampong Phnom to be free manner, debauchery, and have sexual misconduct with 3 half-blood Chinese women and later, smashed them out.
ឡាច ឃន ហៅ ធន់ អនុសេនាធំកងពល១៧០ បាននិយាយថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ឈូក លេខាតំបន់២៤បាននិយាយប្រាប់ខ្លួនថា សុត ជាកម្លាំងក្បត់បង្កប់នៅក្នុងកងពល១៧០។ ខ្លួន និង សុតបានធើ្វ សកម្មភាពបំផ្លាញកាណុងកាំភ្លើង១២០ម.ម មួយដើមនៅសមរភូមិ បន្ទាយដែក ដុតបំផ្លាញកង់ឡាន បំផុសកុមារឃុំកំពង់ភ្នំអោយសេរី អោយលេងសើចអាវ៉ាសែខូចសីលធម៌ជាមួយនារីចិន៣នាក់ ហើយក្រោយមកបាញ់សម្លាប់ចោល។
