កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Lach Khorn aka Thun, working in company, division 170, confessed that in 1972, Chhouk, secretary of region 24, told him Kim San was a traitorous network hiding in division 170. After the liberation day, Thun and Kim San carried out a plot to convince combatants to go back eastern zone, to persuade new people living at Koh Chey district to burn down district handicraft hall and dams, also to kill women after having sexual misconduct. Bet Leang, Von, Latt, Tem and Tauy, were implicated in the confession of You Thann aka Phal, cadre of printing house K-30.
ឡាច ឃន ហៅ ធន់ អនុសេនាធំកងពល១៧០ បាននិយាយថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ឈូក លេខាតំបន់២៤បាននិយាយប្រាប់ខ្លួនថា គីម សាន ជាកម្លាំងក្បត់បង្កប់នៅក្នុងកងពល១៧០។ ក្រោយរំដោះ ខ្លួន និង គីម សាន បានធើ្វសកម្មភាពបំផុសយុទ្ធជន អោយរត់មក ភូមិភាគបូព៌ាវិញ ចលនាប្រជាជនថ្មីនៅស្រុកកោះជ័យអោយដុត បំផ្លាញរោងសិប្បកម្មស្រុក បំផ្លាញភ្លឺស្រែ ខូចសីលធម៌ ជាមួយនារី ហើយបាញ់នារីនោះចោល។ ចម្លើយរបស់ យូ ថាន់ ហៅ ផល កម្មាភិបាលរាងពុម្ព ក-៣០ ជាប់ពាក់ព័ន្ធឈ្មោះ បេត, លាង, វ៉ុន, ឡាត់, តែម និង តូយ។
