On December 16, 1978, the journalists of the Xinhua News Agency were taken out of Phnom Penh by the officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Democratic Kampuchea and went to the Northwest, Eastern, Northern, and Central zones, where they met members of the regional committee and the Revolutionary Army of Kampuchea.
ថ្ងៃទី ១៦ ធ្នូ ១៩៧៨ ដោយមានកម្មាភិបាល ក្រសួងការបរទេសប្រទេសកម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យជូន ដំណើរ ក្រុមអ្នកសាព័ត៏មាន នៃទីភ្នាក់ងារ សារពត៍មាន សុឹបហ្វា បានចាកចេញពីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ទៅទស្សនៈកិច្ច នៅភូមិភាគពាយ័ព្យ បូពា៍ ឧត្តរ និងកណ្តាល សម្ភាសន៍ ជាមួយគណៈមេការភូមិភាគ និងជួបជាមួយកងទ័ពកងទ័ពបដិវត្តន៍កម្ពូជា។
