La Khon confessed that Chin, 59, male, big body, 1,65 meter high, yellow skin, attended the meeting at secretly office in October 1975. Chheang, Sa Port and La Khon made a counterfeit stamp for stamping on permission. After that Chheang introduced and arranged plan to build up Free Khmer networks. Later, La Khon did not go to make contact with Chhin.
ឡា ខុន បានសារភាពថា ជិន អាយុ ៥៩ឆ្នាំ ភេទប្រុស មាឌធំ កំពង់ ១,៦៥ ម៉ែត្រ សំបុរខ្មៅស្រអែម បានទៅចូលរួមប្រជុំ ក្នុងមន្ទីរសម្ងាត់នៅខែ១០-១៩៧៥។ ឈាង សពត, ឡា ខុន បានឱ្យធ្វើត្រាក្លែងក្លាយសំរាប់ធ្វើសំបុត្រដើរផ្លូវ។ មន្ទាប់មកឈាងបាន ណែនាំអប់រំ និង ដាក់ផែនការឱ្យអនុវត្ដ ពិសេសប្រមូលកម្លាំង ខ្មែរសេរី។ ក្រោយមក ឡា ខុន មិនបានទៅទាក់ទង ជិន ទេ។
