La Khon confessed that in December 1975, Sok Ouch was assigned by Chheang to defend the traitorous meeting. Sok Ouch built up forces in Santebal office of Battambang and artillery unit. In February 1976, Chheang managed a meeting by visiting Mao, Sa Port and Sok Ouch to participate in the meeting. La Khon was assigned to defend the meeting. In April 1976, the Angkar arrested Chheang and sent to Santebal office of Battambang. Sok Ouch also was arrested on June 22, 1976 and sent to Santebal office of S-21 in Phnom Penh.
ឡា ខុន បានឆ្លើយថា នៅខែ១២-១៩៧៥ សុក អ៊ូច ត្រូវបាន ឈាង ចាត់តាំងឱ្យយាមផ្លូវ ដើម្បីឱ្យបក្សពួកប្រជុំ។ សុក អ៊ូចបាន ធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រមូលកម្លាំងនៅក្នុងមន្ទីរសន្ដិបាលបាត់ដំបង និង នៅក្នុងអង្គភាពកាំភ្លើងធំ។ ដល់ខែ២-១៩៧៦ បានបើកការប្រជុំ ម្ដងទៀត អ្នកចូលរួមមាន ឈាង, ម៉ៅ, ស ពត, និង សុក អ៊ូច រីឯ ឡា ខុន ត្រូវបាន ឈាង ចាត់តាំងឱ្យយាមផ្លូវ។ ខែ៤-១៩៧៦ អង្គការបានចាប់ ឈាង ដាក់មន្ទីរសន្ដិបាលបាត់ដំបង។ សុក អ៊ូចត្រូវបានអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃទី២២-៦-១៩៧៦ នៅមន្ទីរសន្ដិបាល ស-២១ ភ្នំពេញ។
