Summary / Abstract :

Hun Sen, the second Prime Minister of Cambodia, on Friday presented to the media foure persons who he identified as being listed as killed in my report regarding the political viotillence of July 1997. The people presented were named as Chao Kcang, Chin Vannak, So Laysak and Ang Borith. On August 22, 1997, I presented a memorandum to the Royal Government of Cambodia regarding the events in July and their aftermath. In that memorandum, there is no mantion of on Ang Borith.
