On Sunday welcomed Hun Sen's support for a trial of Khmer Rouge leaders and they did not appear overly concerned that the prime minister also is demanding that justice be applied to international supporters. Thomas Hammarberg, UN's top human rights envoy Cambodia, noted that a UN team assessing enihance for a possible international tribunal is limited to investigating the crimes commited during the Khmer Rouge's 1975 to 1978 reign.
