In 1974, Koy Thuon aka Khuon aka Tuch, 48, former a commercial minister, was secretary of Northern zone. In 1975, he was a commercial minister. He often went to meet Ly, Huor and At in order to introduce them to betray the revolution. In 1976, At received the plot from Ly to fight Phnom Penh, but the plan was delayed because Khuon had disappeared. Khuon was a person who likes to wear beautiful dresses and to eat delicious food. Moreover, Khuon had sexual misconduct with a lot of women and killed a messenger by shooting because the messenger had known a lot of his story.
កុយ ធួន ហៅ ឃួន ហៅ ធុច អាយុ ៤៨ ឆ្នាំ អតីតៈរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ជាលេខាភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ, ១៩៧៥ រដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និង តែងតែទៅជួប លី, ហូ, អាត ដើម្បីណែ នាំអ្នកទាំង ៣ អោយក្បត់បដិវត្ដ។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ អាតបានទទួល ផែនការវាយភ្នំពេញពីឈ្មោះ លី តែផែនការនេះត្រូវខកខាន វិញដោយសាបាត់ ឃួន។ ឃួនជាមនុស្សចូលចិត្ដស្លៀកពាក់ហ៊ឺហា ស៊ីចុកឆ្ងាញ់ ខូចសីលធម៌ជាមួយនារីជាច្រើន ហើយបានបាញ់និរសា ១ នាក់ស្លាប់ ព្រោះនិរសានោះដឹងរឿងរបស់គាត់ច្រើន។
