Summary / Abstract :
Iv Eang, [allegedly]a spy for Chief of Sub-District in Battambang Province, propagandized against the Communist Party of Kampuchea and spied on Khmer Rouge leaders. After the liberation in 1975, [Eang ]encouraged people to escape to Thailand. During 1976-77, formed a CIA group, incited people to destroy agricultural equipment, to pretent to be sick and not to work, to be careless at work and to hat e the revolution. [Eang]continued these activities until arrested by Angkar.
