Kuy Chheng Lay, worker of train unit, confessed that Norng Moeun indoctrinated Yang Ivchhun, steam engine technician, to betray the revolution; furthermore, Yang Ivchhun convinced workers not to try working so hard by critically saying that eating one plate of corn mixed rice with banana tree soup the same; eating these as pig. In addition, Yang Ivchhun received plan from Norng Moeun to strike the party in April, June, and August 1976.
