The article is about the systematic torture, extra-judicial executions and facts of genocide in Cambodia under Khmer Rouge rule, and Cornel University (Southeast Asia Program)sent letter to Mr. Keo Chanda, Minister of Information and Culture about the offering of the copying machine to Tuol Sleng Archive Center. Moreover, there are 47 sheets of pictures of killing fields, pictures of prisoners ofTuol Sleng, cubicle cells in Tuol Sleng and the pictures of human bones and skulls.
