Dr. Haing Ngor is the Academy Award-winning actor who played the part of D ith Pran in the motion picture The Killing Fields. A medical doctor in pre-revolutionary Cambodia, Haing Ngor is a survivor o f the Korh Kra Lar prison-execution center in Battambang province where he was repeatedly and horribly tortured.
