Comrade Thy's bad standpoints on political point of view and the managements. The capacity to work on document was still not good. The supposed recommendations to the group were not made frequently because they got fed up with the work. Thy made the same mistake all the time. Thy was intended to use equipment in a wasteful way. Thy used a harsh wood to the enemies whose stance was still weak. Moreover, Thy lacked of responsibility. Comrade Im refreshed and criticized Thy that talking to the public was not gentle. In addition, Thy was a heaving sleeper.
គុណសម្បត្ដិរបស់សមមិត្ដ ធី ចំពោះនយោបាយសតិអារមណ៍ និង កាចាត់តាំងមួយចំនួនដូចជាៈ ពង្រីកសមត្ថភាពធ្វើឯកសារមិនទាន់បាន ល្អ ខ្វះខាតការអោយយោបល់ដល់ក្រុមអោយបានញឹកញាប់ នៅមាន ការធុញទ្រាន់ និងខុសដដែលៗ។ មានសតិអារមណ៍ចង់ប្រើសម្ភារៈ សម្បូរបែប មានពាក្យសម្ដីដាក់មហាជនមិនសមរម្យ ក្នុងការងារសួរ ខ្មាំងមិនទាន់រឹងប៉ឹង ខ្វះជំហរទទួលខុសត្រូវនៅឡើយ។ មិត្ដ អ៊ីមបាន ធ្វើសតិអារម្មណ៍កសាងមិត្ដធីថាៈ ពាក្យសម្ដីមិនទាន់រាបសារចំពោះ មហាជន និង ពេលដេកក៏នៅស្ពឹកស្រពន់។
