Kok Minh Taing had a variety of plans from 1961 to 1961 such as prompting Chamreun's forces to burrow the party, joining forces with Vietnamese at Prey Norkor and fighting back into Cambodia, destroying the economy of Kampuchean revolution, provoking conflict with the people and soldiers, and inducing soldiers to turn their canons of gun to the party and destroy it.
កុក មិញតាំងមានផែនការមួយចំនួនតាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៦១ ដល់ ១៩៧៨ ដូចជា ឱ្យកម្លាំងរបស់ឈ្មោះចំរើនបង្កប់ស៊ីរូងផ្ទៃក្នុងបក្ស រួមកម្លាំងជា មួយយួនវាយព្រៃនគរហើយវាយកម្ពុជា បំផ្លាញសេដ្ឋកិច្ចបដិវត្ដន៍ កម្ពុជា ធ្វើឱ្យមានទំនាស់ជាមួយមហាជននិងយោធា ហើយឱ្យ យោធាបែកាំភ្លើងមករកបក្សវិញនិងកំទេចបក្សតែម្ដង។
