Office K-10 were divided into 8 sections and cadres responsible for each section were from Eastern, Northern and Northeast Zones in 1977. The unfavorable elements taking place in the office K-10 were that electrical wires were cut off, electrical lamps were demolished during working hours, collective properties were stolen and caused to slow down working process.
ក្នុងមន្ទីរក-១០ចែកចេញជា៨ផ្នែក ហើយកម្មាភិបាលដែលទទួល ខុសត្រូវតាមផ្នែកនិមួយៗគឺមកពីភូមិភាគបូព៌ា ភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ និង ភូមិភាគឥសាន ក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧នេះ។ ចំពោះបាតុភាពមិនល្អមួយ ចំនួនដែលកើតមានក្នុងមន្ទីរក-១០គ៉ឺ កាត់ខ្សែភ្លើង វាយអំពូល ពន្លត់ពេលធ្វើការងារ លួចរបស់សមូភាពយកទៅប្រើ និងធ្វើការ យឺតយ៉ាវជាដើម។
