The plans to attack all the revolutionary military bases were made with the help of American naval forces from warship 7 and intervention of F-105 jet fighters, T-28, and bombardment helicopters. If the plans proved successful, a continual attack would go ahead on the revolutionary army. According to the command of Yim Mathy, when the fighting was raged, the similar guerrillas such as In Tam, Chann Reang Sy, Sek Sam-Iet, Moul Khleng, Saom Sary and Seung Ngok Thann would start striking provincial military bases along the Vietnamese-Thai borders.
ក្នុងគំរោងការវាយយកទីតាំងកងទ័ពបដិវត្ដទាំងប៉ុន្មាននេះត្រូវមាន ជំនួយទ័ពជើងទឹកអាមេរិកដែលចេញពីនាវាទី៧មកជួយវាយដណ្ដើម យកទីតាំងទាំងនេះនិងមានអន្ដរាគមន៍តាមផ្លូវអាកាសរបស់យន្ដហោះ អេហ្វ១០៥ តេ២៨ និង ឧទ្ធម្ភាជចក្រជួយទំលាក់គ្រាប់បែកផង។ បើផែនការនេះបានទទួលជៅគជ័យទើបមានផែនការវាយលុកជាបន្ដ ទៀតទៅលើទីតាំងកងទ័ពបដិវត្ដ។ តាមការបញ្ជាក់ពីបញ្ជាការយឹម ម៉ាធី ថាពេលបើកការវាយលុកនិងមានទ័ពព្រៃដូចគ្នាដែលមានអ៊ិន តាំ ចន័រង្សី, សេក សំអៀត, មូលខេ្លង, សោម សារីនិងស៊ើង ង៉ុកថាន់ ចេញមកធ្វើសកម្មភាពវាយលុកចូលទីតាំងខេត្ដនានាតាមបណ្ដោយព្រំ ដែនយួន-សៀម។
