The confession of Chann Hoeun aka Phy, deputy chief of Chraing Chamreh husbandry office, implicated Chin, chief of Chraing Chamreh sawmill, joined the CIA in July 1974 through Chen Sat. Chin and his network were inclined to demolish Office M-7 and rice mill.
