Report to the Representative of the Education Office of Tram Kak District on the arrest of two people:
1. Nhem Phally, a soldier who has the rank of "Three Stars" (Warrant Officer 1), working in Nheng Nyong Commune, practiced deceit by acting recklessly and provocatively at a team meeting. 2. Thong Saroeun, a soldier who has the rank of Adjudant-Chef (Chief Warrant Officer), working in Ang Ta Som Commune, practiced theft and pretended to be ill. ជូនបងតំណាងមន្ទីរអប់រំស្រុកត្រាំកក់សម្រេចយើងបាន ចាប់មនុស្សពីរនាក់ បញ្ជូនមកបន្ទីរអប់រំស្រុក៖
១. ញឹម ផល្លី នៅឃុំញ៉ែងញ៉ង ជាទាហានពាក់សក្តិ៣ បានធ្វើសកម្មភាព ពុតត្បុត រកលោតចូលភ្លើង ទៅកាប់ចុងភ្លៅ នៅពេលប្រជុំក្រុម។ ២. ថុង សារឿន នៅភូមិឃុំអង្គតាសោម ជាទហាន ពាក់អាស្សឺដង់សែប បានសកម្មភាព លូច និងពុតជាឈឹ។ |
