Summary / Abstract :

Choy Khiem [allegedly]joined the CIA on the recommandation of the owner of an orange plantation, in Battambang. [Khiem]spied on the Khmer Rouge, indoctrinated people to hate the Khmer Rouge and formed a CIA group. In 1972, [Khiem]infiltrated the revolution and continued traitorous actions. In 1973, after being transferred to Region 5, [Khiem]encouraged people to join the enemy. After the liberatio n, [Khiem]worked in the Business Sector. [Khiem]destroyed facilities in warehouses. On 28 June, 1977, [Choy Khiem]was arrested by Angkar.
