Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1967, Cham Norm [allegedly]started to build up CIA forces in 1967. In 1975, [Norm]joined the Khmer Rouge military as a Security Chief in Region 32. At that time, [Norm]committed actions, then built up CIA forces, freed prisoners who were against the party, and caused unrest among Pol Pot's cadres. [Cham Norm]continued these actions until arrested by Angkar in 1977.
