Thai Army Commander-in-Chief Gen Serm na Nakhon said the Khmer Rouge had pulled back their forces from Thai villages. Only a small number remained at Ban Noi Parai Village in Aranyaprathet District, P rachinburi Province. He believed there might be a third country "supporting Cambodia from behind". Delegates from 15 foreign embassies in Bangkok inspected the clash sites.
