The authors state that this volume constitutes a "continuation of the study of those factors that lead to persecutions and acts of genocide." This volume is comprised of the following sections: "Force d famine in Ukraine," "Human rights violations in Ukraine," "The killing of Cambodia," "Human rights violations in Cambodia," "Guidelines for case studies," and "Bibliography." The volume is comprised of selections by an eclectic group of individuals, including but not limited to the following: James E. Mace, Miron Dolot, Olexa Woropay, Arthur Koestler, Malcolm Muggeridge, William H. Chamberlin, M arco Carynnyk, David Hawk, and Jeanne J. Kirkpatrick.
