Kang Phan confessed that the situation of battalion 13 appeared unusual activities, such as soldiers had intention of wanting to rape woman and causing to glide on woman. Moreover, soldiers stage problem to had loving affairs with woman at the clump of banana tree, to write loving letter to woman, to change pants from each other and to pinch off female breasts.
កង ផាន បានឆ្លើយថា សភាពការណ៍នៅកងវរសេនាតូច ១៣ មាន រឿងមិនធម្មតាមួយចំនួនកើតឡើង ដូចជាយុទ្ធជនទៅលប នារីធ្វើជា រអិលដួលទៅលើនារី ទាក់ទងនារីក្បែគុម្ពចេក សរសេរសំបុត្រ ទាក់ទងនារី មានយុទ្ធជនយុទ្ធនារីដូរខោខ្លីគ្នា មានក្ដិចដោះនារីជាដើម។
