Summary / Abstract :
|
Pich Pan [allegedly]joined the revolution in 1949 in the office of Memot District. In 1955, [Phan]joined the CIA. In 1958, [Phan]went to live with Puong in Kampong Cham and then built up CIA forces an d encouraged people not to belive in the revolution's leadership. In 1966, [Phan]was assigned by Puong to be a Secretary fo Memot District so that it would be easy for them to built up forces. In 1978 , [Phan]became a mobile cadre in the Eastern Zone and was assigned to round up bandits in each district. After 1975, [Phan]was again assigned by Puong to destroy rubber by spoiling its quality and gro wing a mixed variety of rubber plants together, until he was arrested by Angkar.
