Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1960, Ros Mao [allegedly]joined the CIA and conducted actions in the Northwestern Zone to build up more CIA forces. In 1971, CIA forces undermined the revolution's policy by stocking rice and not p roviding it to people, so that they felt dissatified with the revolution. [Mao]also contacted CIA networks in Thailand, using Pailin as the meeting place, During 1976-77, [Mao]continued these actions intended to attack the revolution, until arrested by Angkar.
