In 1970, Sao Hat [allegedly]served the revolution as a medic in Region 4. In 1973, [Hat]became a CIA messenger who contacted bandits to provoke chaos in villages. [Hat]propagandized against the Khmer Rouge and planned to attack the revolution. [Sao Hat]was arrested by Angkar for his traitorous acts.
