Summary / Abstract :

Ly Phen disclosed details about actions conducted by Mon. Mon, a Free Khmer member, infiltrated Angkar's revolution and was also a member of Chhouk's group. What Mon had done then was ordered by Chhou k. After the liberation day in 1975, [Mon]became a member of the Regional Military Committee as well as a Secretary of the Regional Staff Committee. Mon was second to Angkar, authorized to build up mi litary forces in the Eastern Zone. In 1975, [Mon]got in touch with Vietnam and brought gold and dollards to them tree times:1- First time: 70Kgs of gold and 1million dollars. 2- Second time: 150Kgs of gold and 3 millions dollars.3- Third time: 130 Kgs of gold and 2 million dollars.
