Summary / Abstract :

Treng Ngea was admitted into the Khmer Kampuchea Krom movement between 1967-68 During 1970-74, [Treng Ngea]was a political warfare leader in Chamkar Morn presided over by Lon Nol. In 1975, [Ngea]recei ved a traitorous plan against the Khmer Rouge by struggling to build up CIA spies to counter-attack the Khmer Rouge, with support from Sing Ngoc Thanh and Chan Rainsy troops.
